Added MShellTools (Martin's Shell Tools, a set of shell script helper console utilities) to the Files page (see text file for details).

Added ThisSite to the Files page: an example of advanced shell-scripting techniques (in this case, for the CMD shell). It needs replacing but it has served the Author well during its life and is released for tutorial purposes.
